I will continue having classes with Jessica because I consider that I improved my English skills a lot and she also gave me confidence in speaking!
She is kind, understanding, supportive, detail-oriented, very welcoming, and ready to help. I felt she always made an effort to adapt to my needs, even though this sometimes changed lesson planning.
During the classes, instead of focusing on what I did wrong, Jessica corrected me and encouraged me to improve. She always gave positive feedback which allowed me to pursue my objectives. Now, I consider I am more confident and have more fluency in English. I think Jessica has a passion for teaching and also has a genuine intention to help her students when they need it.
